Meet Dr Tijen Lacin
Dr. Lacin was born and raised in Turkey. She received her dental degree from Aegean University of Turkey in 1993. After graduation she practiced dentistry in Izmir and Istanbul for several years. She then moved to Michigan where she attended the University of Michigan Dental School for her residency program. She completed a three year Master's Program in Restorative Dentistry in 2005. Dr. Lacin serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Michigan and also practices dentistry at Gentle Dental. Dr. Lacin is a member of the American Dental Association and Michigan Dental Association. Her career has mostly focused on preventive dentistry and minimally invasive dentistry. She is also trained and experienced in cosmetic dentistry. She believes strongly in educating patients for healthy life styles and disease prevention. Dr. Lacin is a mother of two children. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
